Our congregation was begun in 1887. The architecture of our church was typical of the day: lots of narrow steps going upstairs to worship; lots of narrow steps going downstairs to church suppers. When we built our new building in 1997, we sought to create a light-filled, accessible space where every person could reach every space- abled, disabled, young, elderly: this was to be a church for every person.
